Terms of Use (and the fine print on fake faces)
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) apply when you use the Avatar School website or the course materials (the “Course”). By buying or using them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the Course.
1. Who we are
The Course is created by DEIMOS TECH LTDA, CNPJ 58.740.607/0001-98, of Q 202, Lote 7, Bloco A, Sul (Águas Claras), Brasília – DF, 71937-720, Brazil (“we”, “us”). Support: contatosuportecm@gmail.com.
2. How you buy
You must be 18 or older to buy. The Course is sold by Digistore24 Inc., our authorized retailer and merchant of record. Digistore24 sells the Course to you and processes your payment; its terms and conditions govern the purchase and the payment (including taxes and the debiting of your card). These Terms govern your use of the Course after you buy it. Prices are one-time payments, shown in US dollars before you pay. Our refund promise is in the Refund Policy.
3. What you get: the license
The Course is a digital product delivered as PDF files. When you buy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, read and use the materials for your own learning and your own projects.
You may use the prompts in the Course (and in the Prompt Vault, if you bought it) in your own videos, posts and client work.
You may not resell, share, post, lend, sublicense or give away the PDFs or any part of them, put them in a course, group or marketplace, or use them to build a competing product. Your copy is yours; the crew is not a buffet.
The Course and everything in it remain our intellectual property. Third-party tools mentioned in the Course belong to their owners.
4. Prohibited uses
The Course teaches you to create fictional, original AI characters and place them in videos. You agree not to use the Course, its prompts or its techniques to:
- create deepfakes or swap a real person’s face (never allowed, with or without consent);
- use a real person’s name, image, voice or likeness without their written consent;
- create fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake user-generated content (UGC) or fake endorsements;
- use a “synthetic spokesperson” to mislead people into thinking an AI character is a real person, a real customer or a real expert;
- publish AI-generated content without a clear AI label;
- use video that belongs to someone else, or that shows someone else, without the right to use it and the consent of the people in it;
- run scams, phishing, fraud or any deceptive offer, or make false claims about a product, service or result;
- create sexual content, or any content that involves minors;
- harass, threaten, defame, stalk or target anyone, or break any law or third-party right.
If you break these rules, we can end your license and refuse further sales to you, and you are solely responsible for what you did.
5. Labeling AI and following platform rules
You are responsible for labeling AI-generated content as AI-generated, both with each platform’s AI label (where one exists) and in your caption or video. You are also responsible for reading and following the rules of every platform where you post (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others), and for the laws that apply to you, including advertising and disclosure rules such as the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States. Platform rules change. Check them.
6. No guarantee of results
We teach a method. We do not promise views, followers, sales, income or any other result. Outcomes depend on your effort, your content, the platforms and luck, and many people will see little or none.
Earnings disclaimer. These earnings are not representative for the average participants. The average participant will earn significantly less or no money at all through this product or service.
7. Third-party tools and no affiliation
The Course refers to third-party AI tools and platforms. We do not own them, control them or get paid by them for mentioning them. They can change their price, features, terms or name, or shut down, at any time, and we are not responsible for that. Avatar School is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google or any AI tool provider. All trademarks belong to their owners.
8. AI-generated characters on this site
Every character shown on Avatar School pages is AI-generated and fictional. They are not real people. Any resemblance to a real person is a coincidence. Illustrative mockups of videos or comments on our pages are examples, not real results from real students.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It is educational content, not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or account bans on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they cannot be waived.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the version posted here on the date you buy applies to that purchase. Payment, billing and refunds are governed by the terms of Digistore24, our authorized retailer and the seller of record. The license to the Course content is governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
