How to ask for a refund
- Email us at contatosuportecm@gmail.com with the email you used to buy (and your order ID, if you have it). We answer within 48 hours.
- Or ask Digistore24 directly. Digistore24 is our authorized retailer and handles the payment. Your Digistore24 order confirmation email lists your downloads and how to contact Digistore24 about your order. You can also reach Digistore24 customer support.
You do not need to explain why, return anything or prove anything. The 60 days are counted from the date of your purchase, so please ask before the 60th day is over.
How long it takes
You can ask for a refund of the course, the Prompt Vault, or both. Digistore24 processes the refund; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card.
What happens to your access
Once a refund is issued, your license to the Course ends. Please delete the PDF files and stop using the materials. The download link may be deactivated.
